Who we are

Salvo (“we”, “us”) designs and builds websites, brands and automations. You can reach us at james@salvo.llc.

What we collect

The only information you give us on this site is what you type into the contact form:

• your name and email address (required)
• your phone number (optional)
• your message about what you need

Our hosting provider also processes technical request data, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use that data to build profiles of visitors.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
• We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a message.
• Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts.

How we use what you send

We use it to read your message, reply to you, and, if we end up working together, to scope and carry out the project. We may keep a record of enquiries so we can refer back to them.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Contact form submissions are saved in a database hosted by Supabase in the United States. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. These companies process data on our behalf to run the service. Access to submissions is limited to the owner of Salvo.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it is useful for replying to you or working with you, and for our own records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email james@salvo.llc from the address you used and tell us what you would like done. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reputable hosting providers and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
